This Image's Creation Story:
This blockprint started out as a photograph taken on a frigid New Year's Day. The low winter light and contrast between rock and snow made perfect shadows. I made a sketch of the photograph, transferred it in reverse to a lineoleum block, then carved out the negative space. Prints were made with professional ink and acid free paper. Each print is one-of-a-kind.
This print is framed in a handmade frame made from reclaimed wood.
